Are you a QTS-qualified teacher passionate about personalised learning and student well-being for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN)?
We're looking for an enthusiastic Year 5/6 Teacher to lead a small class of no more than nine pupils, supported by three dedicated Teaching Assistants.

Our Wave Model prioritises emotional security, ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
You'll be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering the National Curriculum, tailored to individual SEND needs.
- Creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborating with three TAs for personalised support.
- Utilising our unique resources and approaches.
We're looking for someone who is:
- QTS certified with KS2 experience (Years 5 and 6).
- Experienced in teaching children with ASD, MLD, SLD, and SLCN.
- Passionate about engaging, personalised learning.
- An excellent communicator, dedicated to student well-being.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to innovate.
