Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time only - Start time 8:15am - Finish time Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 4:45pm. Tuesday 5pm and Friday 4pm

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils with SEN needs.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and emotional well-being.
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Assessing pupil progress and providing regular feedback.
Working collaboratively with a team of professionals to support pupils' individual needs.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of child development and a passion for supporting pupils with SEN needs. You'll be a highly motivated and resilient individual, able to adapt to the challenges of a dynamic classroom environment. A driving licence and access to a car is essential.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience working with pupils aged 6-16 (preferred)
Proven ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Experience working with SEN pupils
Excellent classroom management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Right to work in the UK is a must
