About the Role
We are seeking a committed Teaching and Learning Assistant to join a thriving and high-achieving secondary school in Bradford from September 2025. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals with a genuine passion for education and supporting the academic and personal development of young people.

Key Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people in a school setting
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individual students with specific learning needs in class
- Assisting teachers in delivering differentiated learning activities
- Providing small-group interventions in literacy and numeracy
- Monitoring and recording student progress
- Promoting student independence and confidence
- Encouraging positive behaviour and managing low-level disruption
- Working with subject teachers to adapt materials and resources
- Building trusting relationships with students to support emotional well being
- Supporting students in accessing online or blended learning platforms
- Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals as required
- Supporting with assessment and feedback tasks
