Key Responsibilities:

- Encourage reading and literacy by listening to students read and helping them with phonics.
- Support the class teacher by organising learning materials and preparing the classroom.
- Help maintain a safe and positive environment during class, lunch, and playtime.
- Be a consistent, positive role model for all students in the school.
- Help manage behaviour and encourage children to respect school rules.
