A fantastic primary school in the Blackburn, Lancashire area is urgently seeking an experienced, resilient, and dedicated Teaching Assistant for a crucial, long-term, full-time position with an emphasis on exceptional behaviour management. This vital role requires a confident professional who can quickly establish rapport, maintain a positive and consistent learning environment, and provide highly effective support to both pupils and the class teacher. You will be working 5 days per week with reliable hours of 8:45 AM - 3:15 PM (term-time only), starting promptly on Monday, 3rd November.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to children.
- Assist with classroom activities, including lesson delivery and resource preparation.
- Help with effective behaviour management.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Deliver targeted support for children with additional needs.
- Mark and track pupil progress in collaboration with the class teacher.
- Contribute to school trips, events, and staff meetings.

Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
- Primary classroom experience.
