What You'll Do:
You'll be working closely with teachers and pupils to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment. Your main duties include:
- Support children directly with their schoolwork across various subjects, in small groups or individually.
- Help children develop key skills like reading, writing, and numeracy.
- Assist the main teacher by preparing classroom resources and organising activities.
- Keep children safe and engaged during breaks, lunchtimes, and activities outside of class.
- Be a consistent role model and encourage positive behaviour throughout the school day.
