Key Duties:
- Assist the class teacher with daily lessons and activities.
- Support students one-on-one or in small groups.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive environment.
- Prepare learning materials and keep the classroom tidy.
- Supervise children during breaks, lunchtimes, and activities.
- Offer encouragement and boost student confidence.
You do not need formal qualifications to start as a Teaching Assistant, we are looking for someone who has the ability to understand and support diverse learners, strong communication and classroom management skills.
