Key Duties:
- 1:1 & Small Group Support: Tailoring helps to boost student engagement and progress.
- Classroom Management: Assisting the teacher with lesson prep and keeping the day running smoothly.

- Positive Impact: Acting as a role model and fostering a safe, fun atmosphere.
Skills & Requirements:
- A genuine passion for child development and education.
- Strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
