We have a fantastic opportunity to prove your skills and abilities. We need a skilled teaching assistant ready to extend support to Year 2 children. The school is based out of Leeds area and you will be working from Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Providing daily support and guidance to children while promoting their growth.
Collaborating with teachers to deliver lessons and achieve curriculum objectives.
Cultivating a conducive learning atmosphere for children's development.
Possibly conducting individual or group support sessions for children.
Fostering enthusiasm for learning and ongoing progress in children.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with both colleagues and children to maintain consistency.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with young children.
Demonstrated patience, empathy, and understanding to meet diverse children needs.
Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Ability to collaborate smoothly with teachers and fellow professionals in an educational setting.
Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
Possession of an up-to-date enhanced DBS check or willingness to acquire one.
