Role Title: Teaching Assistant
Salary: £13.68 - £14.00 per hour

Duties:
... - Providing one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Assisting with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Preparing classroom materials and displays.
- Supporting students during exams and other school events.
- Supervising students during activities, break times, and school trips.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Sensitivity, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
