Teaching Assistant- Liverpool

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be a vital and versatile member of our school staff, playing a central role in supporting the academic and personal development of students across various Liverpool schools. You will work closely with teachers to deliver an engaging curriculum, providing essential support to ensure that every student can access the material and thrive in the classroom environment.
Location: Liverpool- L1 through L28, L32-L40
Pay: £13.68 and £14.00 per hour
Duties:
... - Providing one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Assisting with lesson preparation, resource organisation, and classroom delivery.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Supervising students during various activities, including lunch breaks and school trips.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed by the class teacher.
Essential Requirements & Skills:
- A genuine passion for working with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to be a positive role model.
- Relevant experience working in a school environment is highly desirable.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required for all school work.
