We are urgently seeking highly dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join foundational support teams within Secondary Schools across Liverpool to start ASAP or NEW YEAR!

Duties:
- Help students learn in small groups.
- Give extra support to students who are struggling.
- Encourage good behaviour and positive attitudes.
- Help the main teacher during lessons.
- Get lesson materials and equipment ready.
- Assist with basic tasks like photocopying and filing.
- Be a positive and reliable adult role model.
We do not require formal teaching qualifications or prior TA experience. We believe the right skills and attitude are more important like:
- Strong Communication: Ability to clearly instruct small groups and communicate effectively with staff.
- Time Management & Reliability: Essential for being consistently on time and managing various classroom tasks.
- Patience and Empathy: Crucial for understanding and guiding adolescents through complex or challenging work.
- Pro activity: The drive to see where help is needed and offer support without being asked.
- Subject Confidence: A willingness to engage with the demands of the secondary curriculum (GCSE/A-Level) to support students effectively.
