Essential Requirements
... - Proven experience working with children or young people, preferably in a school setting.
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent experience.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Right to Work).
- Enhanced Child DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group intervention support to students requiring extra assistance.
- Assist the Class Teacher with the planning and preparation of learning resources.
- Support the implementation of the school's behaviour policy, promoting positive behaviour.
- Supervise students during out-of-lesson activities, including break times and school trips.
- Help monitor and record students progress, feeding back observations to the Class Teacher.
- Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students, fostering a diverse and supportive classroom.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or emotional and social development.
- Undertake administrative duties such as photocopying, displaying work, and organising materials.
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of students at all times, adhering to safeguarding procedures.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
