Key Responsibilities:
- Support children one-to-one and in small groups
- Help deliver engaging lessons and prepare resources
- Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Provide targeted support for children with additional needs
- Mark and track pupil progress alongside the class teacher
- Contribute to school trips, events, and staff meetings
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
- Primary classroom experience
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply (we can help)
