Your Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant

Essential:
Qualified: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Experienced: Previous experience working with young people in a classroom setting.
Skilled: Strong class management skills and the ability to handle challenging behavior.
Motivational: Comfortable guiding individuals and engaging children in their learning.
Key Attributes:
A positive "can-do" attitude and effective communication skills.
Confidence in leading small group interventions (Literacy/Numeracy).
