Your Role & Responsibilities
You will support teachers and students directly by:
Providing one-on-one and small-group learning support.
Preparing the classroom and learning materials.
Helping to build a safe, inclusive environment.
Assisting with classroom management.
Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
What We Need From You
We're looking for someone who is patient, passionate, and dedicated. You should have:
Prior experience working with children.
The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
A valid Enhanced Child DBS (we can help with this).
The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
