Randstad Education is recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work in a network of schools across the Horley area.
This is a Term-Time Only contract offering both Full-Time or Part-Time flexibility.
About the Role & Your Impact
You will be a vital partner to teachers and pupils, focused on creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning experience for young children.
Your Key Duties Include:
Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
Providing targeted support to individual students or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Helping with behaviour management and maintaining classroom structure.
Organizing teaching resources and materials.
Participating in school events and parent meetings as required.

Requirements
We are looking for individuals with:
Experience working with children (ideally in a primary school).

Relevant qualifications are a bonus but not essential.
