• Previous experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
• A strong understanding of child development and learning processes.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students in a variety of subjects.
• Assisting the class teacher in preparing and delivering lesson plans.
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or disabilities.
• Encouraging student engagement and participation in classroom activities.
• Assisting with the assessment of student progress and providing feedback.
• Preparing and maintaining learning resources and classroom displays.
• Supervising students during break times and school trips.
• Building positive and professional relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Upholding the school's policies and procedures, including those relating to safeguarding.
