Requirements
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
- A strong understanding of child development and learning processes.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students in a variety of subjects.
- Assisting the class teacher in preparing and delivering lesson plans.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or disabilities.
- Encouraging student engagement and participation in classroom activities.
- Assisting with the assessment of student progress and providing feedback.
- Preparing and maintaining learning resources and classroom displays.
- Supervising students during break times and school trips.
- Building positive and professional relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Upholding the school's policies and procedures, including those relating to safeguarding.
