Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Randstad Education is looking for a caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant, welcoming school community. You'll be working alongside experienced staff to ensure children with SEN have the support they need to learn, grow, and succeed.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Support children with autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, or social/emotional needs.
• Work with teachers and the SENCO to deliver individual learning plans.
• Provide one-on-one support and small group interventions.
• Encourage a positive, engaging classroom environment.
• Help manage behaviour in a calm and positive way.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in UK schools.
• Is kind, patient, and enthusiastic.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Is genuinely passionate about child development.
• Lives in the UK and has relevant UK experience. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
