Step into an exceptional opportunity to join a vibrant and inclusive specialist school. We are currently seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant for a full-time role, focusing on providing support to learners on a 1:1 basis.
This position is exclusive to term time, requiring availability from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.
This role involves offering support both within and beyond the classroom, including participation in extracurricular activities. With approximately 55 registered pupils, this school is a preferred choice in the local community. Working closely with committed teachers and staff, you will provide essential support to students with diverse needs. Your tasks will involve assisting in lesson planning and delivery, providing one-on-one guidance, and contributing to the seamless operation of the school. Key Skills and Experience Needed:
- Empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude

- Experience with SEN/SEMH is desirable but not essential
- Own transport due to location
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent
- DBS on the update service desirable
