- Creative, friendly, and resilient individual committed to supporting learners with SEN Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults (desirable)
- GCSE qualifications in Maths and English

Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of high-quality, differentiated educational activities and sensory experiences
- Assist in teaching a broad and balanced curriculum to small groups of learners
- Provide support to learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis
