Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with various special educational needs.
• Work alongside class teachers to carry out individual learning plans.
• Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Assist with lesson preparation and track student progress.
• Mentor students and encourage them to reach their full potential.
• Maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Take part in school events and activities.
• Keep detailed records of student development.

What We're Looking For:

• At least six months of experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
• A caring and empathetic approach to supporting students with SEN.
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, staff, and parents.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check (or the willingness to get one).
• A relevant educational qualification is preferred.
• A collaborative team player.
• Experience with a range of SEN needs is a plus.
