We have immediate roles available in secondary schools across the entire Wirral peninsula:
- Birkenhead & Surrounds: CH41, CH42, CH43
- Wallasey & New Brighton: CH44, CH45
- West Kirby & Hoylake: CH47, CH48
- Heswall & Neston: CH60, CH64
- Bebington & Bromborough: CH62, CH63
- Moreton & Upton: CH46, CH49
Your Duties:
- Helping students understand difficult topics in small groups.
- Providing one-on-one support for students with specific learning needs.
- Keeping students focused and motivated during their lessons.
- Supporting students who have English as an additional language (EAL).
- Helping the teacher manage classroom behaviour in a calm way.
- Making sure all students feel safe and supported in school.
- Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and materials.

- Communication: Being able to talk to teenagers in a way they understand.
- Patience: Staying calm when helping students who find work challenging.
- Flexibility: Being happy to help in different subjects like Maths, English, or PE.

- Experience: Experience with young people (coaching, youth work, or tutoring) is a plus.
