Your Role and Responsibilities

- Encourage Student Development: Act as a mentor and guide for students, helping them to develop essential academic, social, and emotional skills.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Be a key link between the student and the teacher, providing valuable feedback on progress, challenges, and successes.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children in their learning. The ideal candidate will have:
- Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid Child DBS on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
- Empathy: The ability to connect with students on their level and remain calm and supportive, especially during challenging moments.
- A Positive Attitude: A proactive and resilient mindset, with a knack for finding creative solutions and celebrating every milestone.
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents, and to work collaboratively as part of a friendly team.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or voluntary setting is highly desirable. A relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, is a bonus.
