What You'll Do
...Deliver engaging, hands-on Science and STEM lessons that are tailored to individual learning profiles and EHCPs.
Use digital tools and assistive technologies to support learning and communication.
Promote inquiry, independence, and practical problem-solving through your curriculum.
Build a calm, consistent, and encouraging classroom where every student feels safe to experiment and explore.
Work in close collaboration with therapists, support teams, and families to deliver holistic care.
Celebrate every achievement academic, emotional, and personal.
What We're Looking For
UK QTS, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
Strong knowledge of Science and/or ICT/STEM subjects
Proven experience supporting learners with SEND, particularly Autism and SEMH
Skilled in integrating adaptive teaching methods and technology to support diverse learning needs
A resilient, patient, and flexible mindset
Commitment to inclusive, student-centred education
