The Role: Classroom Support & Flexibility
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and effective learning environment when permanent staff are absent.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Support: Provide individual or small group support, particularly for students requiring additional help or those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Classroom Assistance: Support the class teacher with lesson delivery, resource preparation, and organisation.
Behaviour Management: Assist with general classroom management and promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
Engagement: Contribute actively to school activities and events as required.
