Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support: Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons and prepare materials and resources.
Student Assistance: Provide personalized one-on-one and group support to build students' confidence, encourage teamwork, and help them overcome learning challenges.
Positive Learning Environment: Help create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels supported and valued.
Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress and share valuable feedback with teachers and parents.

What We're Looking For
Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is required.
Skills: You should have a compassionate and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learners, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications & Checks: Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificate) are a plus but not essential. You must have or be willing to obtain a valid DBS certificate.
