About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be working closely with children who have special educational needs, helping them feel understood, supported, and valued. You'll be part of a warm, dedicated team who believe that every child deserves to feel safe, included, and able to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting individual children in the classroom with their learning, communication, or behaviour
Helping create a calm, friendly environment that encourages confidence and growth
Working alongside teachers and other staff to ensure every child gets the support they need
Celebrating progress-big and small-and helping children build resilience and self-esteem
No teaching experience? No problem.
