In This Role, You'll:
- Provide individual and group support to help students access learning
- Assist with personalised learning plans and classroom resources
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Work closely with teachers, families, and specialists
- Monitor and report on student progress
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in an SEN or classroom support role
- A genuine interest in supporting students with additional needs
- Strong communication, patience, and empathy
- Relevant SEN training (preferred but not essential)
