Role Overview:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, assist students with their learning needs, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Your role will be pivotal in helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of engaging lessons
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children with special educational needs (SEN)
- Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources
- Contribute to school activities, events, and parent meetings
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and understanding of childrens needs.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently.
- A collaborative team player.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting
- A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with young learners
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children (enhanced DBS required)
