Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering planned lessons.
- Assisting with the preparation of resources and learning materials.
- Helping with the supervision of students on class trips and outings.
- Providing support to students with reading, writing, and maths.
- Assisting in the management of classroom behaviour.
Necessary Skills:
- Experience in a similar support role.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently and show initiative.
- A positive and adaptable approach.
