They are currently looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their enthusiastic team during term-time.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering focused 1:1 and group support tailored to student's individual needs
- Assisting with the implementation of IEPs and adapting classroom resources
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals
- Monitoring progress and contributing to student reports
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with SEN pupils in an educational setting
- A passion for inclusive education and student well being
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- SEN-related qualifications or training (advantageous but not essential)
