Are you a proactive and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for a role that offers both flexibility and the chance to make a real difference?
We are seeking reliable professionals to join our team as Primary Supply Teaching Assistants. This role is ideal for those with classroom experience who enjoy working in different environments and are looking for flexible work within welcoming primary school settings across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supply TA, you will be an essential part of the classroom team, responsible for:
Classroom Support: Assisting the class teacher with the preparation of resources and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Targeted Learning: Providing 1:1 and small group support, specifically focusing on literacy and numeracy.
Behaviour Management: Helping to manage classroom conduct in line with school policies to ensure a productive atmosphere.
Inclusion: Supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Supervision: Ensuring student safety during break times and lunch periods.
Adaptability: Following various school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all pupils.
