Duties:
- Help children with schoolwork in small groups or one-on-one.
- Listen to children read and practice letters and numbers.
- Support the teacher by preparing materials and tidying the classroom.
- Encourage good behaviour and help children follow school rules.
- Look after children during lunch or playtime to ensure they are safe.
- Be a friendly face and a positive role model for all pupils.
Must Haves:
- Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced Child DBS: You must have an Enhanced Child DBS check or be willing to undertake one (we can help with this).

- You must be genuinely patient, kind, and supportive.
- Reliability: You are on time, dependable, and committed.

- Communication: You can listen well and talk clearly to everyone.
