Customer Service Advisor - Inbound

Pay: £13.50 per hour plus DOE

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Onsite)
We're seeking a dedicated Technical Hotline Advisor to be the primary contact for our customers (distributors & garages), offering vital catalogue and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical assistance for product identification, compatibility, and troubleshooting.
- Manage customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Warranty & Product Management to resolve complex issues.
- Continuously develop product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Technical aptitude or interest (advantageous).
