Rate: Up to £37.60 per hour plus regular overtime rates and monthly bonuses

Pay Rate and Working Hours:
- 36.5 hours per week
- £18.80 per hour day shift
- £22.56 per hour afternoon shift
- £25.38 per hour night shift
- £28.20 per hour overtime Monday to Saturday
- £37.60 per hour overtime Sundays
Shifts:
- Days: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00. Friday, 08:00 - 12:30
- Back shift: Monday - Thursday, 16:00 - 00:00. Friday, 12:30 - 17:00
- Night shift: Monday - Thursday, 00:00 - 08:00. Friday, 17:00 - 21:30
About you:
- HNC Qualified and/or time served within a toolmaker skill set
- A strong machining background
- Possess competent Toolmaking skills in: Lathes, Milling Machines, CNC Programming and Fabrication and Welding
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a team environment.
- Experience in Fabrication 'Assembly Tack' Weld Fixture Manufacture
- Experience using Leica Coordinate measuring equipment
- Experience in "Heavy Fabrication"
- Understanding of hydraulic components and systems.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- The reading and understanding of Engineering Drawings and design processes.
- The use of CNC (Siemens control systems) and manual tooling such as Vertical Machining Centres and Lathe turning centres.
- Installation of all new and modified Jigs and Fixtures.
- Maintain robust 5S Standards in all aspects of the role.
- Support all operational teams during breakdowns and changes to equipment or processes.
- Maintenance, Inspection & Calibration of a wide range of equipment including Fabrication, Assembly 'Tack/Weld' Fixtures & Manipulators.
- Flexibility in working a three-shift pattern (Dayshift, Backshift, Nightshift)
