Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing
The Shift Patterns (Early Friday Finish!)
- Day Shift: Mon-Thur (06:30 - 15:00) & Friday (06:30 - 12:00)
- Back Shift: Mon-Thur (15:00 - 23:30) & Friday (12:00 - 17:30)

Key Responsibilities
- Precision Fabrication: Execute high-spec MIG and TIG welding on car bodies and sub-assemblies.
- Quality Accountability: Conduct rigorous pre- and post-weld inspections to ensure world-class standards.
- Leadership: Support the team by sharing knowledge, delivering training, and leading problem-solving activities.
- Safety Excellence: Adhere to strict HSE procedures and maintain high-standard housekeeping.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Certifications: You must hold a current MIG or TIG coded qualification.
- Technical Mastery: Proven ability to perform coded welding to industry standards.
- Precision: High level of accuracy, excellent dexterity, and good eyesight.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible shift patterns.
Desirable Extras
- Aluminium Expertise: Previous experience welding aluminium is highly advantageous.
- Specialist Knowledge: Understanding of Hydraulics or City & Guilds qualifications.
- Training Background: "Train the Trainer" experience or lifting qualifications.
