What you will be doing:- Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on custom containers, silencers, and skid bases.
- Fabricate, modify, and rework complex structures-often without the aid of detailed prints or fixtures.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and plan your work sequence effectively.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organisation practices.
- Mentor and train other team members when required, upholding core company values.
- You hold a Formal Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding.
- You have a proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and schematic assembly drawings.
- You possess strong practical arithmetic skills and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
- You have the flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations, plus overtime when required.

- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday) - enjoy 3-Day Weekends!
- Competitive Pay: Day Shift £18.67/hr | Night Shift £24.89/hr
- Premium Overtime: £28.01/h (OT1.5 for the first 10 hours) and £37.34/h (OT2.0 after 10 hours)
- Shift Times: Monday: 07:00 - 17:15, Tues - Thurs: 07:00 - 16:45 (Day) | Monday: 21:00 - 07:15, Tues - Thurs: 21:00 - 06:45 (Night)
