We are seeking a passionate and experienced Whole School Music Teacher to join a premier international school in the vibrant heart of Beijing, China. The Role
- Curriculum: Deliver a comprehensive Music program across Early Years, Primary, and Secondary levels, transitioning students through an International Curriculum framework to IGCSE and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme.
- Unique Environment: Work within a collaborative, international team, embracing a student-centred approach to learning.
- Beyond the Classroom: Play a key role in the thriving co-curricular program, which includes an in-house individual instrumental program, a school choir, orchestra, and an annual musical production.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: Must be a fully qualified teacher with appropriate certification.
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification teaching experience is required.
- Pedagogy: Must understand the importance of active, student-centred learning and thrive in a collaborative team of educators.
- Desirable: Prior experience with the UK or IB curriculum is highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits Package
