Key Responsibilities:
Deliver quality-first teaching across a broad and balanced curriculum
Establish inclusive and responsive classroom practices
Use assessment to inform teaching and accelerate progress
Support the emotional wellbeing of pupils
Liaise effectively with parents and carers
Requirements:
QTS with proven primary phase experience
Strong knowledge of effective teaching strategies
Enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset
Experience with SEND or EAL support beneficial
Enhanced DBS required
