Roles & Responsibilities

Subject Leadership: Taking responsibility for a specific area of the curriculum, driving standards and innovation across the school.
Requirements
Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory for this position.
Track Record: Proven experience of delivering "Good" or "Outstanding" teaching within a UK primary setting.
Curriculum Mastery: Deep knowledge of the National Curriculum and a clear understanding of current educational trends.
Adaptability: The ability to differentiate effectively for a diverse range of needs, including SEND and EAL.
Professionalism: A commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct, attendance, and safeguarding.
