Your Responsibilities:
In this crucial Year 2 Teacher role, you will be responsible for the academic and personal development of your students. Your primary duties will involve:
Lesson Planning & Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 (KS1) curriculum.
Classroom Environment: Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom where every child can thrive.
Student Assessment: Monitor, assess, and record student progress, using data effectively to inform and adapt your teaching strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who meets the following criteria:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven teaching experience within a Key Stage 1 (KS1) primary school setting.
A strong and confident understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering a lifelong love of learning.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
