Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across all curriculum areas, catering to various learning needs.
- Regularly assess student learning using diverse methods (formative and summative), providing constructive feedback to support progress.
- Identify and address individual student learning needs with targeted support and interventions.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behaviour.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for all students.
Requirements and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Relevant teaching experience, preferably with a focus on Year 2.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Two professional references.
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment procedures.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and fostering a love of learning.
