Randstad Education is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Year 3/4 Supply teacher to join our team of dedicated educators in our thriving primary schools in Southminster. As a Supply teacher you will cover a range of teaching responsibilities including delivering engaging lessons, providing support and managing classroom behaviour.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for Year 3/4.
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
- Assessing pupils' learning and providing constructive feedback to enhance progress.
- Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Communicating effectively and building strong relationships with parents and carers.

Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
- Relevant qualifications (PGCE or similar).
- Knowledge of primary curriculum (Key Stage 2).
- Previous teaching experience in the UK is required.
