Year 4 TeacherWe're on the lookout for an exceptional and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join one of our dedicated schools in Doncaster. This full-time role, starting in September 2025, is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, guiding pupils through an exciting stage of their learning journey as they bridge the gap between KS1 and upper KS2.
Your Role: Cultivating Excellence in Year 4

- Tracking & Celebrating Progress: Diligently assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback, and meticulously maintaining records to ensure every child is on track and reaching their individual potential.
- Collaborative Impact: Working closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience. This includes participating actively in school life and contributing to our collective success.
What We're Looking For: Essential Requirements
We're searching for a teacher who brings enthusiasm, expertise, and a genuine commitment to primary education. You'll need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
- A deep understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Exceptional classroom management skills that foster a positive and productive learning environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- The creativity to design dynamic lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- A patient and empathetic approach, understanding the social and emotional development of Year 4 children.
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute positively to our school's ethos.
