Year 5 Teacher Responsibilities
As a Supply Teacher with Randstad, you will:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons that adhere to national curriculum standards.
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for diverse student populations.
Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive and safe atmosphere.
Collaborate seamlessly with school staff to maintain continuity and consistent teaching approaches.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the varied needs of students, including those with SEN.
Assess student learning and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians.
Participate in school events and activities as required.
Qualifications for This Role
To be a successful candidate for this teaching role in Brighton, you should have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).
Demonstrable experience teaching children across various age groups (specifically Year 5).
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
