Tasks- Prepare the classroom and resources for the day's lessons.
- Teach core subjects like Phonics, English, and Maths.
- Lead small group activities and play-based learning.
- Assess student understanding and progress throughout the day.
- Manage classroom behaviour, routines, and transitions.
- Supervise children during break and lunch times.
- Mark work and plan future lessons after school.
- Communicate with parents and colleagues.

- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Proficiency in teaching Phonics, English, and Maths to young learners.
- Excellent communication skills.
