What We're Looking For
We're seeking an exceptional Year 5 Teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with specific experience in Year 5 being highly desirable.
Possesses a genuine passion for education and student development, inspiring a love for learning.
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students.
Is adept at using assessment to inform planning and ensure all students reach their full potential.
Your Role as a Year 5 Class Teacher
As our Year 5 Teacher, you'll be instrumental in delivering an engaging and effective curriculum. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering creative, well-structured lessons that meet the diverse needs of all Year 5 students, aligning with the National Curriculum.
Assessing, monitoring, and recording student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and motivated to learn.
Collaborating closely with the Year Group team and leadership to ensure consistency and high standards across the school.
Contributing to the wider school life through extracurricular activities, school events, and pastoral care.
