We're seeking an inspirational and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join one of our dynamic primary schools in Sheffield from September 2025. Your Impact as a Year 5 Teacher:As a Year 5 Teacher, you'll be at the forefront of our pupils educational journey, responsible for creating an environment where curiosity thrives and every child is empowered to succeed. Your key contributions will include:
- Crafting Engaging Lessons: Planning and delivering well-structured, stimulating lessons that adhere to our school curriculum, capturing pupils imaginations and fostering deep understanding across all subjects.
- Personalised Learning: Expertly adapting teaching and lessons to meet the diverse needs of all students, ensuring every child is challenged and supported to reach their full potential.
- Monitoring & Assessment: Diligently assessing, monitoring, recording, and reporting on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of pupils, using insights to inform future planning.
- Setting High Expectations: Cultivating an inclusive working environment where high expectations for academic achievement, behaviour, and personal growth are consistently upheld.
- Fostering Development: Inspiring critical thinking skills and broader proficiency, preparing pupils not just academically, but as well-rounded individuals ready for their next steps.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.

- Computer Literacy: Confidence and proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Conflict Resolution: The ability to calmly and effectively manage and resolve classroom situations.
