Randstad Education is excited to announce that they are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team this September. This is a full-time position until October half term, with a view to a gradual reduction in hours thereafter - ideal for a teacher who thrives on helping pupils grow academically, socially, and emotionally in the crucial upper Key Stage 2 phase, while at the same time seeking flexibility on hours and a strong work/life balance.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays.
- Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children.
- Having control over a whole class and maintaining discipline.
- Adhering to the curriculum, including up to date changes in the structure.
- Good organisational and verbal communication skills.
- Assessing pupils' learning and providing constructive feedback to enhance progress.
- Communicating effectively and building strong relationships with parents and carers.

Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
- Relevant qualifications (PGCE or similar).
- Knowledge of primary curriculum.
- Previous teaching experience in the UK is required.
- Immediate starts available.
